An Advanced Professional Member of the Society for Editors and proofreaders, I am a highly experienced education resource developer, copy-editor and proofreader. I am a history specialist with experience across a wide range of subjects for the UK and International Schools markets. Formerly a Senior Content and Learning Specialist (Development Editor) and project lead at Pearson UK, I am now a full-time freelance editor, consultant and author.

I can offer content development, copy-editing, proofreading and fact-checking services. I am also an Edexcel History reviewer and consultant. As well as schools projects, I have experience working on academic books, supporting self-publishing authors of both fiction and non-fiction works, proof-reading for trade publishing, and also offer a student editorial service for theses and dissertations.

I am also a published author and poet.
