I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).
Back in 2019, I established a stand-alone business, offering a proofreading service. Working mainly with a US-based publisher, this gave me experience in proofreading novels of 70k-100k words, in both British English and American English.
For COVID-related reasons, in late 2021, this was closed down, but I am now back proofreading again, and am part of ‘DogBloke Media Ltd”.
We are NOT a translation service so, unfortunately, cannot accept source material in languages other than English.
As all previous work was completed under the name of a different company, which closed, we are unable to list them in the reviews section.
