A little about me:

I spent 30 years in academia as a researcher and lecturer, leading my own research team and
supervising numerous students in completing their Masters, PhD and MD degrees. I have a university degree in Physics and Medical Physics, a postgraduate degree in Medical Radiation Physics and a PhD in Physics.

Most of my academic research has been in medicine and biomedical engineering, with a focus on:
Cardiovascular and respiratory physiology; Pregnancy; Sport and exercise science/medicine.

I’ve published widely in these fields and I’ve reviewed countless research papers for leading academic journals.
