Peter Moorby: freelance proofreader with in-house experience

Hello, I’m a freelance proofreader and an Intermediate member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading.

I have seven years in-house experience in the publishing industry: I worked on academic journals at Royal Chemistry Society and Cambridge University Press, and then on children’s fiction for the LEGO Group.

Since starting my freelance business in 2018 I have worked with publishers, academic authors (including many who were multilingual), corporate communications agencies, and non-fiction authors.
