Your written content needs to be perfect. Grammar and spelling mistakes mean that readers may lose trust in you or your brand. I am a native English speaker from the UK, who is also proficient in proofreading documents in US English. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s in Mental Health Studies. Additionally, I have completed comprehensive proofreading training.

I’m also a professional researcher with eleven years of experience writing and proofreading a range of documents including reports, journal articles and essays. Throughout my career and studies, I have gained extensive experience in proofreading research reports, articles, blog posts and more.

Many people have misconceptions regarding the role of a proofreader. A lot of the time, people will say they want a proofreader when they actually want someone to edit and rewrite a document. A proofreader will do the following:

– Read the document
– Find the errors
– Mark the errors
– Return the document

A proofreader should be the final person reading the project rather than the first or even the second. By the time I receive the project, it’s content should have already been edited and rewritten. I will check it to make sure there are no embarrassing grammatical and spelling errors missed during the editing stage.

My service includes finding and correcting:

Grammatical errors
Punctuation errors
Misspelled words
Formatting issues
Double words (“the the,” “and and,” etc.).

I will accurately proofread any document written in English to catch errors and provide you with a refined product. I understand the importance of creating 100% error-free content that your readers will find easy/enjoyable to read.

I can help fine-tune any English-language document including:

Business marketing materials
Social media
Blog posts
Journals (including APA, Harvard, etc.)
Research proposals
Website content
Personal Statements
Recommendation letters

All changes made to your work will be tracked, and you will receive two copies of the final document (one with the tracked changes and another with all tracked changes accepted).
