I am an East Anglian-based proofreader and would be keen to assist you.

I am able to quickly understand new topics and have experience proofreading works of fiction and promotional material on a diverse range of topics.

I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP).

I work electronically using Track Changes in Microsoft Word or PDF Editor.

Checking spelling, grammar and punctuation is only one part of my job as a proofreader. I also ensure the text flows logically and is consistent in usage and presentation, and I enhance the quality of the writing in terms of clarity, readability and suitability to the target audience.

I would be happy to undertake a test to enable me to show you my proofreading skills.

I also have qualifications in English, Accounts, and Secretarial skills, and have experience working as a Copy Typist for financial institutions in London, and in Accounts, in a Food Exporter in Norfolk.
