Please Note:
Proofreading is the final step before publication, focusing on correcting errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency. Ideally, your document should have already gone through the editing process before proofreading. If you require substantial changes to the content, structure, or style, I recommend seeking an editor. I do not offer editing services at this time.

The Process:
1) Submit your manuscript as a Word document. Once I receive it, I’ll review the content and provide you with a quote based on the length and complexity of the manuscript.

2) Get a feel for my work: If you’d like to see my proofreading style before committing, I offer a 1,000-word sample review so you can assess my approach.

3) Review and proceed: Once you’re happy with the quote and my approach, I’ll begin proofreading the manuscript.

4) Payment: After proofreading is complete, I’ll send you a PayPal invoice for payment based on the agreed quote.

5) Delivery: After payment is received, I’ll send you both the edited document with tracked changes (and any comments or notes in the margins) and a clean version with all edits applied, so you have both for reference.

I work with clear, straightforward pricing based on word count. This allows for an accurate estimate of time and costs, helping you plan ahead. My rates reflect the quality of my work, and I strive to offer a competitive rate.
