Clare Robinson – Proofreading and copy-editing

Hi there! I’m an academic proofreader and copy-editor specialising in dissertations, reports and research proposals written by multi-lingual authors. I primarily work on texts related to education, French and business. I’m proud to offer copy-editing which perfects language and presentation while maintaining the writer’s voice.

I’m a member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading, and have been trained by the CIEP and PTC. I edit using Word (tracked changes and comments) or PDF (comments or BSI symbols).

Aside from this training, I hold post-graduate qualifications in education (Modern Languages) and French literature. I also have extensive experience teaching English for academic purposes in a UK university.
