I am an Advanced Professional Member of the Chartered Institute for Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) with several years’ experience as a copy-editor, proofreader and writer.

As the former editor of a parenting and lifestyle magazine, I know what makes good copy and how to achieve it. I am passionate about the written word in all its forms and a stickler for getting it right, from a single blog post to a lengthy manuscript.

I work across genres but specialise in non-fiction, business, self-help, memoir and autobiography. Over the years, I have built up a reputation for helping companies, publishing houses and individuals to achieve polished, error-free text and hit deadlines.

If you are a debut author, I can guide you through the self-publishing process. I have personally self-published several books, including a true life story, four anthologies and a series of specialist quiz books.
