Advanced training
I have met (and exceeded) the work experience and training requirements for Professional Membership in the UK’s Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading. I adhere to their Code of Practice and have access to excellent resources. I’ve also completed copywriting and strategy training of the highest standard, mainly with Joanna Wiebe (Copyhackers) and Samar Owais (Emails Done Right). I am committed to continually updating my skills.

US and UK English
I am American but have lived in the UK for nearly 20 years. So, I am familiar with American and British English dialects and edit or write in either. I can also help you understand where there are differences between the two and help with document localization so that your message can sound more authentic to your target audience (including a global audience).
