I am a qualified journalist, copy-editor and proofreader with 22 years’ experience. I am a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading.

Past and present clients have included independent authors, businesses and charities, publishers, academics and students. I am equally happy to work with printed or digital content.

I copy-edit and proofread books, magazines, websites, brochures, newsletters, annual reports, journal articles and academic work. I enjoy a challenge and always relish the opportunity to broaden my skills and experience.

My specialist areas include health, wellbeing, personal development, psychology, biographies and memoirs, and heritage and conservation, but I am happy to work with any subject matter.
