My name is Kelly Bates and I set up my business to offer a professional proofreading service to business and individuals. I have a keen eye for detail and am passionate about clarity in communications. I work from my home in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

I’m a native English speaker and a qualified proofreader. I trained with the Publishing Training Centre and have a professional HR background, having worked as a Human Resources Manager in the automotive industry for 17 years. I also held individual chartered status (MCIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development for 14 years.

My main areas of expertise are HR documentation, business reports and assessment materials but I am happy to discuss your requirements for other types of work.
